All bills included Gas, Electricity, TV licence, Wifi, Water. Good parking for multiple cars with no permit needed. The whole house has been recently painted. The house is on Raymond Terrace just off Meadow Street. <5 minute walk to main campus and <10 minute walk to the Glyntaff Campus.
