My name is Amy. I live with my partner in our flat and we are looking to rent out one of the rooms. It is a double room and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers. The rent will be 350 per month including all bills, council tax, broadband internet, phone and gas and electric.
The flat is ideally located, a 10 minute walk from shawlands and less than a 5 minute walk from the train station (no longer than 15 minutes from leaving the flat to get to central station). There are also very frequent buses to the city centre from right outside the flat. Silverburn shopping centre is located very close by and there is a morrisons 1.5miles down the road. There is also a shell garage conveniently located across the street.
