Double room for rent in a three bedroom terraced house in Plymouth, £280pcm, bills excluded. The room is furnished and looks out on to the back garden, south facing. Shared bathroom, downstairs WC, large living room, dining room, kitchen and utility room. One of the bedrooms is kept as a spare room it is only myself living here. I have been living in the house 12 months, Sky+ Broadband and phone already installed.
The house is in walking distance of the City centre (about 25 min) and easy for busses. There is on road parking available.
I am a professional, work office hours. Im used to house sharing as I did it at uni and I appreciate people need some space but would like someone who likes a good chat!
