Hi, since it appears that I get treated like I have leprosy once I declare a minor thing about myself, I'm now putting it up front, I'm transgendered! If you're a small minded transphobic bigot then please go elsewhere because I really don't want to know you. Now, the important bits, I'm looking to share either a flat or house with preferably one other, two at most. Parking is a must, I'm not interested if a permit is required. I'd like a reasonable size room, not something claiming to be a double with an inch of space down all sides of the bed, yes I've looked at property before ! Additional storage for a few extra things would be nice too, maybe the corner of a garage. I like to live somewhere that is clean, tidy and peaceful. I don't mind a bit of mess as long as it gets cleaned up at some point, I loathe going into a kitchen with a sink full of dirty dishes. Believe it or not, I'm very easy going. I work hard in what is typically a 9 to 5 job and like to settle down most evenings with a glass of wine in hand and either chat away or watch telly. I also have a six year old son that I see at weekends and it would be nice if he could stay once in a while on a Saturday night. Ceri x
