Preferred room and flatmate description Large (very) double rooms in shared house in Peverell. All round good condition. Owners living in house (top floor) but due to work (and some social) comitments rarely there. All rooms have locks on them. There are new mattress' throughout. There is a nice patio area and plenty of local sports facilities. Mutley, Stoke and the City centre are all close
Gas, Electric, Sky, WIFI, C Tax, Water Rates and all other bills included in rent.
Just a 5 minute walk to central park park and ride and only 15mins walk to the City Centre.
