I'm looking for a room that is spacious for 2 people in a house shared with mature students or professionals.
I will be finishing my final year in BEng Robotics and my girlfriend will be hoping to work as a post-graduate or professional.
I'm looking for a room that, if we're both very happy, we'd hope to stay for 2 scholastic years.
Location isn't as important as last years, however the closer to town the better.
We don't own any cars, so there will be no need of parking area.
We don't smoke or own any pets.
We're both very responsible, sociable and like going out in the weekends to pubs, live bands, camping and travelling.
