I have a large double room to rent in a friendly shared house in the Stoke/Ford area. The price is £310 pcm. This is inclusive of all bills, including wireless broadband internet and cable ready TV.
The property is a five bedroom house with 2 separate shower rooms and a separate downstairs toilet so no queuing. There is plenty of free on-road parking in a quiet and safe area, and the house benefits from a large garden with a sun terrace/ bbq area. The house is also, a 2 minute walk from shops and a main bus route that heads into the city centre, or out to Derriford Hospital and Marjon.
