Hi, Double room to let, in a 3 bedroom semi.As my girlfriend has moved to Australia.The room is not huge but is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, draws and selving.I have a large kitchen/diner and a good size lounge. There is a great Converatory and a pleasant garden which gets the sun, a large garage, for bikes and storage. I have wireless boardband and all the bills are included in the price.

I am a friendly easy going guy, I like a tidy house but am not OCD ,who loves life. I have a full time career and a active social life, so am not around the house all the time but like to get together when we are., to share cooking a glass of wine and a gossip.
