family with child and puppy living in penylan seeks lodger - we have had a numbe of lodger's over the past years and find it easy to share our space.. lovely 3 bedroomed house, with two bathrooms, loads of room and a pretty location. Double furnished room, two bathrooms and a nice quiet atmosphere. Easy going lodger preferred, join us for food or happy to entertain yourself, we are happy laid back and relaxed.House has all mod cons and is furnished to a good standard - close to lovely shopping centre in Roath or short way from city centre. we would prefer monday to friday lodger but will consider all week for the right person.. the rent includes use of the whole house and garden and we employ a cleaner!
