There is also wireless broadband and sky tv as well as off road parking.Additional storage space available in garage and attic if required.
There is a nice little corner shop down the road called Sainsburys and the bus stop for town is only 5 minutes walk away.
I have shared my house before(on a 24/7 and a Monday to Friday basis) and to-date it has always worked out well. I'm friendly, considerate and respect others peace and quiet.
