Hi! I'm looking for a lively, easy-going mature non-smoking professional female to share my house as I'm rattling around in it now that my boys have left for Uni. I am an easygoing, divorced woman in my fifties but have a hectic working and social life as my bloke makes sure I visit the pub and the wine bottle as well as zipping off on holiday on a regular basis.
The room is a large double in a four bedroom house with 2 reception rooms, breakfast room, conservatory, kitchen and bathroom with separate shower. My house is in a quiet area of Penylan but is close to amenities on Albany Road and parks in Penylan. £260 pcm includes council tax and bills.
I have a crazy collie dog so anyone who is interested must love dogs.
