Hi, my name is Toby and I'm looking for a clean and tidy young professional to rent a large double room in my own house. It's furnished with a double bed, drawers and wardrobe, has a TV aerial in the room and the house has wireless broadband.
The house is a 3 bed semi with one room kept as a spare room. I've got cable in the lounge and there's plenty of parking space either on the drive or right outside the house.
There are shops and a pub nearby and its on the main bus route to town. It is a 3 minute drive to the motorway (M6/M61/M65)
The price includes all bills/utilities.
