I am not longer wanting to go to university, so I am looking for a student to take over my room.
It is a good size room.
The beds are all 3/4 big so of good size, great security, and lovely buildings.
It is a ten minute walk into Sheffield city centre, and 5mins from Sheffield Hallam University and the train station, and a further 15mins to Sheffield University.
I am looking for a tenant asap, with the property available until mid- July.
