Easy cycling distance from Oxford Brookes, hospital, easy access to ring road.
Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Communal areas are large, with 19x12 foot living room and separate dining room.
Nice private garden with patio and furniture.
I like to keep a 50:50 male:female ratio, so am looking to find a male.
I manage the house, and I am actually a nice person, so it's worth bearing in mind that as long as you don't trash the place, you will actually get your deposit back!
Non-smoker or someone willing to smoke outside. No pets, kids, or permanent partners to covertly move in once the deal is done.
Visitors totally accepted but if everyone has a live-in partner, the house is not designed for eight people!
We have a cleaner, not a slave, so someone who pulls their own weight is essential. Other than that, just someone pleasant and easy to get along with, looking for a place to call home.
The rent will be charged inclusive of bills, so the price may seem steep, but remember that this is all you will pay. It includes all utilities, council tax, fast broadband, TV license and even a cleaner who comes once a week to clean the communal areas. Overall its a great deal.
