Hi My name is Mike and I am a 25 year old male and I run my own web based company from home. My house is a three bed semi detached townhouse with rooms on the top floor available to rent. They have access to a bathroom shared between two rooms on the same floor of the house. There is a lounge on the middle floor that you are welcome to share and a large kitchen to share downstairs. The house also has a garden with patio and deck and a rear car park space available. I'm a very easy going housemate and looking to make friends with whoever comes to live with me. My only rules are no smoking and that you are relatively clean, (i am no saint though!) The house is on the 219 bus route to the city centre or is a 2 minute walk to Gorton train station and from there it is a ten minute train ride into town. I am looking for the rent upfront and am quite happy to accept varying lengths of rent and work on a rolling one month contract to give you added flexibility. Feel free to call me for more details!
