I have lived here for 5 years as it is so convenient for the City Center, just 5 mins on the tram. Chorlton, Whalley Range, Hulme and Oxford Road only 5-10 mins by bike, depending on how fit you are.

Across the road from excellent Seymour Park. Iceland, Aldi and plenty of good local shops within 3 mins.

Chilled guy, 34. Love most types of music, live gigs, cinema, theatre, art, most sports. Have finally started to try and get fit before it is too late. Living a fairly quiet existence at the moment. Weekends I like to get out in the fresh air (weather permitting of course)enjoy cycling, walking, swimming, have even thought about joining the gym. still thinking! I am looking for someone who can respect the shared space and privacy when needed, chill in front of the TV and go see a live band once and a while.
