The house is a well looked after 3 bed mid-terraced house. It is close to a main bus route into town, along Prescot Road, with easy access to Edge Lane and the M62. Tesco's is 5 minutes walk, and the shops are 2 minutes walk.
I have one double room for rent, for £350 including bills.
I am an architect working in town. I enjoy playing and watching the footy, going to the pub, travelling and spending times with friends.
I'm looking for a chilled out house mate that enjoys a good laugh, a pint, and who will respect the house.
