I have a 4 bed detatched house with a large double room (13' x 12'), king sized bed, furnished in a very quiet part of Old Basing, 15 mins walk from town. Comes with own bathroom, fitted double wardrobe and offstreet parking. additional room available at small extra cost if you'd like to have that as a seperate lounge. However, you will have to provide your own furniture. House is fully equipped and has Sky & wi-fi too, bills included. House also has large south facing garden, Professional worker sort, either Mon-Fri or Full Time as Basing View Industrial Park or Chineham Business Park is local.
I have a pet rabbit who lives indoors at night in his own cage outdoors during the day.
Available from 1st March. Fees are charged at £4500 per calender month in advance and £450 deposit required.
