Room 2 (currently occupied, avail 1/10/2012) is double size on the ground floor with single window view to garden (west facing). Private under stairs storage inc as is own kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob & washing machine (shared). Access to main kitchen & lounge on 1st floor included. Private shower and toilet on ground floor off entrance corridor. There is a sky/freesat tv connection in the room also.

Everyone has their own private toilet and shower. Everyone has access to lounge and kitchen on 1st floor and also the garden. Both rooms are £325 pcm, ALL bills inc. 8mbps Wireless internet access included.

Regular occupants are myself (landlord, 42 yrs old, Internet TV Technical Consultant) and my son Jake (10 yrs old, here every other weekend (Sat & Sun) and every Monday & Tues eve). I'm from the south (Southampton/Brighton) and moved here in 2006 to stay in proper contact with Jake after his mother decided to move home to Nuneaton.

Very friendly easy going household in a quiet family friendly area. I'm looking for someone who can respect others space but also be sociable. The layout will allow you to be as private or as sociable as and when you like. Sun readers need not apply!
