Preferred room and flatmate description
Looking for 2 rooms to move into in september 2010, myself and my mate from uni.
need to be 2 medium rooms, cheap, ALL bills included, pets allowed,
reliable tennat, clean, will look after house pay rent on time and generally hassle free.
me; i'm in the TA, UOTC, do boxing, cycling, wargaming, LARP, and a few other weird hobbies, will be in 2nd year stuying chemistry by move in date.
Mate; Female, into horses, pet dog, also reliable clean and tidy. Very sociable and easy to get on with. will also be in 2nd year chemistry by move in date.
