Preferred room and flatmate description

I am 53, very easy going and can get along with most people of any age.

Smokers, pets, children - none of these would put me off sharing.

My job is in the IT industry, running a small support team. It is not office based and involves working from home, so I would be in the house all day, unless I was working on a client site.

The reason I am looking for accomodation at this time is to bridge the gap between the breakup of my marriage and the completion of the house I'm buying.

I am looking for a minimum of two months, possibly until the end of Feb/Mar 2010.
