Preferred room and flatmate description

Im looking for a decent place to live with a nice housemate that is approachable, trustworthy, clean and most of all fun to live with and that maybe in time could become a good friend. I love to have a laugh and im very easy to get on with. I like to cook & have nights in front of the TV and also like to go out to eat and have a few drinks every once in a while.
