2 rooms available for professional / mature students in shared non-smoking house. The rooms are all spacious. There will be a maximum of only 4 people.
The house is in the centre of Nottingham, near the Victoria Centre, the bus station and Nottingham Trent Uni. One of the current tenants will be happy to show you round.
The rent is £275 per month minimum 3 months – inclusive of bills, gas, electric, water, Council tax.. Wifi, 10 Mb connection. One TV licence is provided for the communal cable TV. The utility bills are capped at a contribution of £10 pp per month so to keep energy use to a reasonable level. As long as people don’t leave the hot tap running and the heating on full all day and night there should be no extra to pay.
Included are: Double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair. In the lounge there are settees and a dining table and chairs. There is a fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine.
If you need parking for your car the house can have 2 free permits for on-street parking.
Deposit is £300. References and full id needed, plus rent must be paid by standing order after the first month.
