Hi, we are looking for a flatmate to share our lovely house in The Embankment area of Nottingham. Ideally we would like a professional person who has shared before who is sensibe about sharing (both space and chores!). The house is ideally located within 2 mins walk to bus stops where there is a service to either the City centre or West Bridgford town centre every ten minutes. For those that are that way inclined there is a gym & swimming pool within 2 mins walk and the house is located overlooking the green playing fields of the Embankment. The room is a large double equipped with a large IKEA wardrobe and chest of drawers and a very comfortable designer bed. The boring bit now - the rent is £270 per month for which includes the usual utilities (council tax, water, electricity and gas) and also broadband and a national call package.
