Preferred room and flatmate description
I am a friendly, easy going female, who is looking for a flatmate. I own the house and i'm looking for a someone to share the cost of the mortgage and bills etc.
The house is located in Sneinton which is a 20 min walk into Nottingham city centre the house is situated near to a regular bus route which runs every 10 mins. There are local shops nearby and on street parking.
The house is decorated in neutral colours, with sanded floors in the bedrooms and laminate downstairs. The dining room has a real coal fire, which is lovely and warm in the winter!
The kitchen is approx 1 yr old and the room availble to rent has a built in wardrobe. I work in recruitment and also run my own part time chocolate business, so if you like chocolate this could be for you!! I also enjoying visiting friends, cooking, gym and socialisng. I do spend a lot of time working so like to enjoy the odd quiet night relaxing. I am looking for a friendly, easy going female to share with.
