Preferred room and flatmate description
I have a double room available in roomy 3 bed 1930's semi.
You'll be sharing with one other, a 43 year old professional male.
The house has lounge, a seperate, kitchen/ diner, consevatory, upstairs bathroom and two seperate toilets and a nice rear garden..
There is also plenty of off road parking.
Broadband is also connected to the house..
The room is furnished and rent includes bills.
The property is located at the top of St Clements Hill, and is a 20 minunte walk to city but only 2 mins from nearest bus stops.
I 'm also looking for a non smoker please.
P.S. I have 3 friendly and well behaved cats too...
