LOCATION: Many bus services run from train station, which is 10 minutes walk away. Bus service 25/35 runs very frequently from train station to the UEA and takes about 25 minutes. UEA is 15-20 minutes drive from house. City centre 15 minutes walk.
I'm looking for the right person to share my space with - someone who is friendly and happy to chat but also happy not to! I'm more interested in sharing with a woman - I just feel more comfortable around women than guys!
I make music at home but can be reasonable and flexible! This isn't necessarily all audible but some is - if you make contact please could you let me know what your working arrangements/quiet time requirements are?!
Short-term is fine, would want about 3 months fixed term to start with.
The room is clean and of a reasonable size with 2 built in double wardrobes. Single bed provided. Also small desk, dresser, TV.
The kitchen and bathroom are both small and I'll be honest, not particularly nice, hence the slightly lower than going rate rent. Currently redecorating to smarten them up a bit, updated pictures to follow.
I can be a little untidy. That's not to say the sink is always full of dirty dishes etc but you musn't be irritated by a cup or two in there!
Rent includes council tax, elec/gas/water, cable TV (in living room), use of washing machine (new).
Wireless internet available. Parking is on-street and council permit needed.
Sometimes I am chatty, other times I keep to myself.
I smoke and have a cat and a garden.
