What I am looking for is a studio/1-bed flat/ room/houseshare in the Costessey/Bowthorpe/West Earlham area to begin with, will consider other areas though too.The only reason i am moving is because my landlords daughter who is pregnant has moved back home and my room is to become the nursery.

Would prefer to only share with one other person and would prefer unfurnished as have everything but obviously they would need to be happy to accept housing benefit until i get a job.

I also have no deposit, or possibly very small one, as haven't needed one for the last 5 places i have lived and at the minute there is no way of being able to give one either.

Would be great if there was also a space for my 14 year old daughter to stay every other Friday night as this is when i have her and would like that to continue if at all possible although not at the expense of being homeless!!! Would need to bring Sky with me as stuck in contract that i cant get out of.

I am not into parties so would like somewhere quiet as i like to put my feet up, have a cup of tea and a chat and watch a good film, the football or the soaps. I am clean and tidy, especially in the kitchen, do my fair share of cleaning and have been told i am the ideal house mate really.

Would be more than happy to do some DIY/Cleaning/Gardening/whatever you needed to help around the house whilst i am off work, gives me something to do if nothing else!!!
