We are looking for a friendly considerate housemate to join me and my partner (Craig - 33) in a large single room (I am sure many would describe it as a double room) furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves.
We have wifi broadband internet, cable tv, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and all the usual gadgets.
I have been here for five years and a lot of time and effort has been spent modernising and updating the house and garden.
The living room is warm and welcoming and the bathroom was refitted since we moved in and has a bath and a nice big shower! The kitchen was the last major project a couple of years ago.
We also have a good sized garden, a big patio with a fish pond and waterfall.
Oh - and I have a friendly and sociable dog, and a guinea pig (who lives outside) - and a good few fish in the tropical tank and outside in the pond.
Car parking is available on the street - and the Northfield shops/takeaways and buses are a couple of minutes walk away. The train station is also within about 10 minutes walking distance (Birmingham City centre is about 20/30 minutes on the bus).
I am looking for a sociable person (ideally aged about 20 to 35) who is fairly tidy and respects others and their occasional need for peace - but it is rare that the house is empty!
