Preferred room and flatmate description
Good size double room available in a recently refurbished Northenden terraced house. The house &
rooms are fully furnished, and include all mod cons, including
Virgin Cable/broadband/TV/DVD/VCR/washing machine/microwave etc etc.
Bathroom, reception room and brand new kitchen is shared.
There is a yard and garden to the rear of the house, and street parking.
I am looking for non-smoking young professionals or post grads.
House is shared with 2 young profs (although I work away most weeks).
The house is on the 43 bus route into town (1 minute walk to bus stop), and
approx 5 minutes walk to Northenden village, where you can get the 41 and 48
bus routes. Didsbury village and West Didsbury are approx 1.5 miles away,
whilst Withington and Fallowfield are about 2-3 miles away, although on the
bus route.
