You will have a furnished double room that looks onto the garden, tree's and (heated!) conservatory. It is 5 minutes walk to the river for running or biking routes (2-6 miles), and walking to Didsbury village in 20 mins. Location is also superb for motorway (2 mins), buses to city centre/Didsbury and Airport/wythenshawe (at end of road).
Practicalities are - wireless internet, tv, off road parking, garage for storage, a bathroom and separate downstairs toilet all INCLUDED! Bills are extra and in total it is £325 pcm including bills, a cleaner, gardener and window cleaner.
