Preferred room and flatmate description
Come and live in a friendly, social house share in Northenden with 3 housemates in our late 20's/30's. We treat this like our home and respect each others space as well as having regular BBQ's as the garden is huge, with a patio so perfect!
You will have a furnished double room that looks onto the garden, tree's and (heated!) conservatory. It is 5 minutes walk to the river for running or biking routes (2-6 miles), and walking to Didsbury village in 20 mins. Location is also superb for motorway (2 mins), buses to city centre/Didsbury and Airport/wythenshawe (at end of road).
Practicalities are - bills, computer and wireless internet, tv, off road parking, garage for storage, a bathroom and separate downstairs toilet, home baking all INCLUDED!
