We have a room to let in our place (bungalow with loft conversion), a double bed for single occupancy only, it is upstairs along with a shower/toilet room. It has a TV, fitted wardrobe, a full length mirror wardrobe, bedside cupboard and chest of draws. Upstairs also has another bedroom, downstairs there are two lounges (each with a Tivo box), conservatory, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. There would be room for bikes in an out-house if required and lots of on-road parking. This property is at the quiet end of the road in an area out of the town centre, convenient for the airport and links to Ferndown, Ringwood and Poole.
