Large double room in a shared house in Ocean Village to share with two girls and a guy, all professionals in their twenties, all very relaxed and friendly.
I have had to move out due to my job being relocated.
The room includes a permit of the residents parking bays, there is also free on street parking for visiting friends and family etc…
Rent is exclusive of bills - these work out at about £80 a month plus gas and electricity paid quarterly - last quarter they are about £25 each.
The property is managed by a letting agent who will I am afraid charge an admin and credit check fee should you choose to move in – This nearly put me off viewing before I moved in but I’m glad it didn’t!
