I live in a 3 bed semi-detached approx ten minutes from the town centre and about 30 seconds from Hambleton Council offices (so extremely convenient for anyone working there!)
There is enough parking for 4 cars (with 1 in the garage) and a small back yard with a barbecue.
Rent includes TV, gas, electric, water and council tax.
Rent does not include food and drink (although happy to go halves on some things), land-line telephone (as there isn't one!), broadband (due to no land-line), sky TV (or similar, although there is free-view).
I tend to be a fairly busy chap, currently working full time. I also do some part time work where I sometimes don't get in til the early hours, so you'd have to be OK with that.
I would be happy to rent a room out for a few days a week if someone wanted it just for the week nights (at a negotiable rate) and would be happy to rent for a short period, i. e. a few weeks or months.
Currently the room is furnished but I will change the furnishing if necessary or take it out completely it if that's what you would like/need.
There is currently myself and my house mate using two of the rooms, leaving the one spare.
