Large extended Cottage in North Norfolk near Melton Constable. Recommended only for for North of Norwich City access only, airport and surrounding areas, it takes around 22 mins by Car to reach the park and ride and Airport, Fakenham is about 12 minutes, Holt 6 minutes, Aylsham 14 minutes. Very safe & secure surroundings, you need have your one transport unless you are coming to relax in the area!.
Good place if you want a home feel and certainly value for your money, Privacy and comfortable living. The kitchen is very good for spending time in, eating and chatting, sky TV(also with HD in lounge and seperate box in every bedroom room) if you like to cook and eat then this "must take a look"! nearest bars are in Holt and there are some very good pubs in the area. the village hall has a bar once a week and that is only two minutes walk away and will get you to meet everyone just about. The area is very nice, short term visits are welcome and we welcome visitors for view with prior arrangements please and you need provide full contact details first.
4 bedrooms in Cottage with 5th bedroom above new new garage (with own shower room) can be made available, the home is over 200 years old but was undergone total rebuild to a very high degree of quality, areas are made as large as possible such as the kitchen which is about 24m2 with table in the centre but main/bath/shower room is small/normal but very adeqaute and with additional convienences (one downstairs and two upstairs) the home has a proven track record with lodgers, it has everything in plenty and is extreemly comfortable, there are rules and requirements but they are very few, shoes come off at door, respect the house and everyone in it! your privacy is absolutely ensured, as theres enough space or peace when needed. Singles or couples and visitiors are fine but needs to be initially established but once that is done its all ok, girls tend to be more common as lodgers in the area i dont know why, i will let the pictures do some of the talking but i will add this is well above average when it comes to renting or indeed anything, i am a proffessional man and i travel a lot, i enjoy having lodgers and sharing the house, if you need any further details you need only ask. WiFi in the whole house. Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, Garden is under development with stone, grass, wood decking and three tierd fishponds, night lighting will be in garden also. Summer room will be finished summer 2012. offroad parking for 2 cars and onroad for two more.
there is unlimited wireless access, SKY is also included, I state everything is include BUT I can extend Sky Package to other packages such as Movies / Sport on your behalf but you will need to make up the difference, If you are intending on staying for an extended period (more than 4 months) and for the purpose of voting and registration you may need to contribute 100 pounds to the annual rates but this a one off payment (a year) and can be paid in the first 4 months as 25 per month so not a pocket breaker! but i reserve the right to discuss but its the only cost liability as everything else is included. if you are on a tight budget I do have a nice single room that can be negotiated on.
If you can prove you are a proffesional and reliable, you will be accepted without deposit or notice terms, however prefer 1 months polite notice for courtesy only if and when you are considering leaving and moving.
