Double room to rent in modern and cosy, two bedroom, ground floor flat. The flat is situated on the blue tram route, five minutes from the city centre and close to the train station.
It includes all mod-cons, including wireless internet, freeview TV and power shower. It has a lovely open plan living room / kitchen / diner and communal gardens.
