Bills (except use of the landline) are included. Small garden but big enough to sit out in or for bike storage etc.
Very convenient location: town centre, shops and buses for Brighton etc 1 min walk, train station for Brighton, Lewes, universities, London etc 5 mins walk, plenty of free parking, beach close by.
Would suit a quiet, tidy, self-contained working person (male or female) or student (no DSS, sorry). I don’t mind if partners stay over now and again. I could possibly take a couple as long as both are working (rent would go up by £50pcm to cover extra utilities).
