Hey,
I am doing a postgrad PhD at Northumbria Uni and am looking for a place to live when my current contract ends in September.
Ideally I'm looking for a double room somewhere near the centre of Newcastle, walking distance from town or close to the Metro.
I'm a fairly laidback person, my only preference is a clean kitchen/bathroom. But I'm sure most people agree with that! I will probably be at uni most of the day so will be about in the evenings and weekends.
I'm also happy to move into a professional house and pay council tax if it all falls within my budget.
Basically looking for a nice place to come home and relax with good company.
