Preferred room and flatmate description

I'm a mature student stuying at Northumbria University, am am loking for a flat share for the 2010/11 academic year. I'm quite tidy and enjoy a clean house something most younger students don't care about, before I came to Newcastle I shared a 3 bedroomed house with two friends I was there for three years. I have a good circle of friends who visit quite regularly and would need to share a house or flat were someone staying over occasionally wouldn't be a problem. I love a night out and am an accomplished chef so anyone living with me will eat well, as long as they wash up haha! I like to watch movies and listen to music, going to the cinema and to concerts and attend the leeds festival every year.
