We are looking to find flatmates for the two double rooms we have available in our four bedroom apartment. We are two guys who are currently final year students at Northumbria Uni.
Both rooms include:

-Wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side cabinet
-Desk and chair
-electric heating
The apartment features:
-Open plan kitchen/lounge with all modern appliances (inc dishwaser, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave)

-Within walking distance of the city centre and both universities
-Close to transport links (Manors metro and popular bus routes)
