Hi, i have a single room /( could be a small double will fit double bed wardrobe draws but doesnt leave a large floor space)to rent in a 3 bed house and what I would call a large / good size double. Both rooms are freshly decorated with new carpets. Sadly my house mate of four years has left me! Im sure she would be happy to give referance if needed. Its now just myself 27 (ish!)partner 24 and two dogs of a toy breed. we both work full time although my hours do vary. There is a big garden, 2 tv rooms and parking. friendly and easygoing i just chill in the week mainly so no wild partys to keep you up! Everyone exspected to tidy up after themselves! :-) house is clean tidy with modern decor.
People liking dogs essential with the two excitable residents! We are both smokers but do smoke outside.
