Close to town, to both train stations, the cinema, shops, etc etc. Only 4 miles from Staythorpe - contractors & managers from Staythorpe lodged here for a number of years, 9 miles to Southwell, 15 miles to Grantham, 18 miles to Lincoln, 21 miles to Nottingham.
You can store your bike, use the house bike, have access to all the books, use of darts board, the garden, use the workshop - make yourself at home!!
The bedrooms all have TV & a basic Freeview box, a kettle, multiple power points, a bed, drawers, the rooms can be bolted from the inside, a clothes rail & a comfortable armchair, if required. The rooms are clean light and pleasant. There is bed linen and towels if you need them. There are clean dry out houses for any storage requirements you may have and, as mentioned, plenty of parking.
The shared bathroom is clean and pleasant. It has a new electric shower & a bath, with a second wash room downstairs.
You would have use of the kitchen-dining room, bathroom and wash room as well as the garden, which has an outdoor studio with chairs in and of course the drive for parking, and you would have use of the downstairs sitting room.
