The house itself has 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms; we are letting out the single room, which will comfortably house all you belongings. We have a lovely garden which we use for some very entertaining barbecues in the summer. The house was recently completely refurbished, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new everything! its now 2 years old.
Sky broadband is available at no extra cost and we will supply Digital Freeview TV into your bedroom if you decide to fit your own TV. There is also free parking on the driveway if you have a car. The rent you pay covers all utility bills and council tax, so you pay nothing except your rent.
Also for an additional £150 you can have dinners cooked for you so you will not need the hassle of cooking or shopping for this meal, you will have to buy your own food for breakfast and lunch, this is only a dinner deal. My mum cooks the best Asian food on the planet GURANTEED (if you like it spicy!) Occasionally she does do Chinese and English foods so you will not get fed up I promise you.
