Perhaps my place fits your bill! A great house share with rent including all bills. The all inclusive rent is great for managing living expenses and includes cleaner, gardener, tax, water rates, electricity, gas, TV and WIFI - so there's nothing more to pay except your food – and no surprises! It's in leafy Nether Edge, a professional let with good furniture, new bathrooms and kitchen, big lounges, gardens back and front. It is best to see it to understand its worth. There is a gardener and cleaner for communal areas so it's clean, comfy and homely - hence the great atmosphere, great friendships and long stays.
Nether Edge is great little village in a conservation area with full amenities, close to city centre, bus stop outside, safe on road parking and no chance of floods.

We are both professionals in our late twenties who lead sometimes rather hectic lives and love the sanctuary offered by this beautiful house.
The house has a very warm character and has always felt to us like a home rather than a rented property. The size of the house means that we can easily have our own space when we need to and never feel as though we are living on top of each other. This is a laid back house that would suit any professional person looking for a friendly home in peaceful surroundings. The area is leafy and quiet, we have shops and pubs just around the corner, we're within easy walking distance of Ecclesall Road, and the city centre and numerous parks are only a couple of miles away.
