101 is in leafy Nether Edge and is a professional let with good furniture, new bathrooms and kitchen, big lounges, gardens back and front. It is best to see it to understand its worth. It's clean, comfy and homely - hence the great atmosphere, great friendships and long stays. This is the first change of tenant for 14 months.

Nether Edge is great little village in a conservation area with full amenities, close to city centre, bus stop outside, safe on road parking and no chance of floods.

As professionals in our late twenties we lead sometimes rather hectic lives and loved the sanctuary offered by this beautiful house.

The house has a very warm character and always felt to us like a home rather than a rented property. The size of the house meant that we could easily have our own space when we needed to and never felt as though we are living on top of each other. This is a laid back house that would suit any professional person looking for a friendly home in peaceful surroundings. The area is leafy and quiet, there are shops and pubs just around the corner, and it's within easy walking distance of Ecclesall Road. The city centre and numerous parks are only a couple of miles away.
