I am looking for a mid to late twenties professional to share with 2 other professionals of a similar age in a high spec penthouse apartment with secure off road parking behind electric gates . three girls and a lad , not couples , and they are in the medical field and quite tidy .There is a video entry system , and all the usual appliances , with nice views over nether edge from the apartments elevated position .The access to the city is good and the bars and cafes of ecclesall road are a 10 min walk away. The apartment is very spacious and there are french doors to a private patio and garden . There is easy access to the city .
