Looking for an easy going person to rent my spare room for a few months from now. The room is a small double with double bed, built in cupboard with hanging space, chest of drawers and bedside chest. The room has been recently redecorated. It is to share with 35 year old professional female. The house is in a nice, quiet area of Nelson, with easy access to the motorway network and handy for the Lomeshaye Industrial Estate and buses to Burnley or Colne/Barnoldswick. It is a large house and there is a garden and space for an extra car on the driveway. I have Sky TV and wifi in the house. I have a very friendly old english sheepdog too. The rent includes bills except telephone calls. No DSS or pets.
