I am looking to let my room out ona Monday to Friday basis only to a professional person, female preferred. Price is inclusive of bills except phone.
The house is a clean, modern two bed sem in a quiet area close to shops in Narborough. There are two cats in the house so you must be a cat lover!
The house has off road parking (driveway), a garden with patio area and outside table, Kitchen/diner, lounge, bathroom with shower/bath/WC and 2 bedrooms. The train station is in walking distance (15 mins) and Narborough is also close to Fosse park area and M1/M69 junction.
There is wireless internet broadband (you'll need your own laptop) included.
