Preferred room and flatmate description

Hello,

I currenly have a comfortable big single (no double bed option) room in a very high quality luxury house with cleaner shared with only professional people in St Judes area near city centre.

New solid wood furniture, fantastic new kitchen & two new bathrooms, new decor. Facilities include; cable TV, free phone calls, Wireless broadband, dishwasher etc. Shared lounge & kitchen as well as two shared bathrooms. Cleaned weekly. All bills are included(elec, gas, cable tv, phone, Internet, council tax, water rates, tv license, cleaner etc.)

I am looking for a 'professional' person (in the true sense of the word) who would like to live in a lovely environment with great people. They must be very considerate to the other tenants.

You will be replacing a BBC journalist who has finished a six month placement. The other tenants include a senior journalist & project manager. My typical tenats are media people, pilots, doctors, Engineers etc.
