Preferred room and flatmate description

Hello, I am looking to rent out a room in my recently renovated home in Mutley, Plymouth. The room is a good size and is currently furnished with a desk, wardrobe, bed and shelves. It also has a self contained vanity area with a sink, mirror and storage. The house has all the mod-cons...including washing machine, tumble dryer, big tv, fridge and freezer etc. Internet, electricity and gas are included in the rent. The whole house has been recently repainted and carpeted. I am friendly and chatty, I currently live alone with my dog (jack russell/collie cross) and although I do enjoy his company, his conversation isn't always up to much! It would be nice to share with someone who can communicate through the medium of language rather than relying upon panting, barking and tail wagging! Oh, and don't worry...you won't wake up with something hairy and smelly in your bed (unless you bring it there yourself...my dog isn't allowed upstairs). I teach at the university and am studying for my PhD at the same time...if you are a post grad student or professional looking for somewhere quiet and 'a bit more grown up' please give me a bell. I am reasonably tidy and clean, in my spare time I love to dance, garden, cook and walk the dog (obviously)! My room is available now! I look forward to hearing from you.
